Mark Twain Elementary students enjoyed participating in their annual Red Ribbon Run at Bettendorf High School. Reb Ribbon Week was established to raise awareness of the destruction caused by substance abuse in America. It's a time our schools work with students to talk about the dangers of drug use and the importance of a personal commitment to a substance abuse/drug-free lifestyle.
